Shipping & Return Policy

Luchador Aquatics only ships to QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC & SA. This excludes rural communities due to extended delivery time. If you live in a rural area, you are welcome to organise shipping at a local drop-off point near 4123 QLD. 

Pick-up: You are welcome to pick-up your fish/shrimp if you live near Rochedale South 4123/Eight Mile Plains 4113 QLD. Please message me via Instagram, Gumtree, or here to schedule a time and place. If picking up in person, you are welcome to pay via cash or payID. 

 

Shipping costs start at $20 and the box can hold 1-2 bettas.

Shipping is only on a Monday and Tuesday. 

Costs are calculated at the end of checkout based on the weight and size of the box required for the order.

Orders usually arrive in 1-3 days. The timeframe is only an estimate and delays do occur based on public holidays, etc. 

I use Australia Post Express for our orders, which I have been doing for years with no issues. 

In the unfortunate event of a DOA, please message me on Instagram or luchador_aquatics@outlook.com on the day with a video of the fish/shrimp in an unopened bag. I am happy to give you an option whether you would like a refund for your fish/shrimp or a replacement. 

Postal workers are known to leave packages in the hot sun all day, so ensure you or someone is home when the package arrives. If you are not, consider delivering to your workplace or a trusted neighbour. Deaths due to leaving the package unattended for an extended period will not be refunded. 

Please be aware that bettas can change pattern and colour over time. I cannot guarantee the pattern will remain the same throughout its lifetime.
